When a guest submits the GuestPass portal form: full name, email address, phone number (optional), date/time of submission, and IP address (fraud prevention only).
This data is collected on behalf of the property host. The host is the data controller. GuestPass acts as a data processor.
Guest contact details are stored securely and made available to the property host via their dashboard. Guests consent to this collection before submitting the form.
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data. Contact the property host directly, or email hello@aidaptive.com.au.
Guest data is retained for as long as the host maintains an active GuestPass account. When an account is deleted, all guest data is permanently removed within 30 days.
All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Wi-Fi passwords are stored with AES-256-GCM encryption. Data is stored on Cloudflare's globally distributed infrastructure.
